De'Andre Allen Jefferson

De'Andre "Dre" Allen Jefferson, age 27, of Midland, Texas, went to be with his Lord on Saturday, November 16, 2024. Dre, better known to his friends as "Spuddy", was born on July 10, 1997 to Dorothy Monroe and Raymond Jefferson. Dre was known for his infectious sense of humor and his deep love of life.

Dre had a passion for music and enjoyed helping others. His caring nature and ability to bring joy to those around him was truly special. A jokester at heart, he had a knack for making everyone laugh and brightening up any room he entered.

An avid sports fan, Dre had a particular love for basketball and football. He cherished the moments spent with his family, especially during gatherings when everyone came together to create lasting memories.

Dre is now reunited with his great-grandfather, Allen Josie; great grandmothers, Lula Mae Williams and Catherine Jefferson; and great uncle, James Cook Sr.

Left to cherish his memory is his mother, Dorothy Monroe; father, Raymond Jefferson; brothers, Roshad Monroe, Isaiah Monroe, Kaleb Jefferson, and Fredrick Coley; grandparents, Garfield and Estella Hart; aunty Lakacia Josie; cousins, Elijah Josie, Matthew Josie, Tyrane Kendrick, Ashalyn Kendrick, Dekimbria Collins, Hezekiah Josie, and Joshua Hart; and a host of family and friends.

Dre leaves behind a legacy of laughter and joy in the hearts of his family and friends. He will be deeply missed, but never forgotten.
