With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of our beloved son, Juan (Gordo), who left us far too soon. Juan was a loving son, brother, father, and grandfather whose presence brought strength, laughter, and love to everyone who knew him.
Juan had a kind and generous spirit. He was the type of person who would give all he had-even when he had little. His strength, love, and compassion touched so many lives, and his memory will forever live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved him.
Even in his passing, Juan continued to give. As an organ donor, he saved and impacted multiple lives, including a young child. In the midst of this profound loss, his family finds comfort in knowing that his life continues through others.
Juan will be laid to rest alongside his father, the late Ramon (Monchie) Rodriguez.
He is survived by his loving mother, Ruby Rodriguez; his siblings, Angela Hinojos, Danny Rodriguez, and Nora Rodriguez; and his children, Arcadio Rodriguez, Thalia Tapia, Destiny Rios, and Jonathan Franco.
He was a proud grandfather to Alecio, Ciela, Rosalinda, Ismael, Imanuel, Arcadio Jr, and Arelea, who brought him immense joy and pride.
Juan is also survived by his maternal grandparents, Linda and Ross Trevino, Pablo and Estella Rodriguez and his paternal grandparents, Ramon & Delia Rodriguez and grandmother Tomasa Rodriguez. He was blessed with many aunts, uncles, extended family members, and dear friends who will deeply miss him.
Juan will be remembered for his strength, his love, and the way he made others feel. His presence will be missed beyond words, but his love will forever remain in our hearts.
Special Message from His Mother:
"My son, I carried you in my arms, and I will carry you in my heart forever. Though my heart is broken, I find peace in God's promise: 'The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit' (Psalm 34:18). I know you are no longer in pain and that you are resting in the arms of the Lord. Until we meet again, my love for you will never fade."
The family would like to express their heartfelt gratitude for the prayers, support, and generosity shown during this difficult time. Your kindness has meant more than words can express.
