Robert Earl Berry Jr.

Robert Earl Berry Jr., age 61, passed away on September 19, 2025. Robert was born November 9, 1963, in Midland, Texas. He was the proud son of Robert E. Berry Sr. and Nearline Sledge. Robert was a beloved soul whose warmth, kindness, and vibrant spirit touched everyone he met.

A devoted Dallas Cowboys fan, Robert never missed a game and cheered on his team with passion and pride. But his greatest joys in life weren't just found on the field-they were found in the simple, meaningful moments spent with his family, his dogs, and a fishing pole in hand.

A true family man, Robert's greatest legacy is the love he gave and the joy he brought into the lives of those lucky enough to know him. He will be deeply missed, but his memory will live on in every fishing trip, every cheer for the Cowboys, and every act of kindness shared in his honor.

Robert is reunited in heaven with his parents Robert Berry and Nearline Norman; grandparents, Clark and Zora Berry, Wilbur and Maggie Nelms; siblings, Morris Norman and Mae Eliza Norman; uncles, James A. Berry, Wilbur Berry, Cecil Berry, Connie Sledge, and Willis Ray Sledge; and aunt, Willie Pearl (TL) Williams.

Left to cherish Roberts memory are Gwin Gilbert, Sharon Howell, Rhonda (James) Smith; longtime companion, Rosa Marquez; his loving nieces and nephews, and a host of family and friends.
